This product is created for companies to manage their sales force in an effective way without having to micromanage every aspect of customer contact. It allows a manager to view the status on each individual member of their team and evaluate their contact with the client by reviewing notes on the client from feedback or communication. A manager can even create various action plans and assign them to specific members of their staff depending on their sales style or the type sales they are in, it allows you to customize the application to work for you.

This is a lighter product than the CRMpro, but still has many used features. CRMlite allows you to build a client database, create drip mails in succession, generate email Blasts to your client and keep notes on your contact with that client.
